The amount of funds you receive in your account is different from the amount you have deposited might be because of additional fees or charges imposed by your payment provider/bank or conversion loss from one currency to another currency.
If your trading account and deposit are denominated in a different currency, the funds or deposits will be converted as per our Gemforex exchange rate or the exchange rates of our payment provider.
Any deposit made on the weekends/ public holidays will be processed based on each payment method’s standard processing times.
