A wallet will be created automatically upon opening an account on Gemforex. A wallet is an internal account that can be used to receive funds, make withdrawals, and internal transfers to and from your trading accounts. It is different from a trading account.
If this message appears during registration, it means that the email address was already used to register an account in Gemforex.
If you have forgotten your login password to your client portal, please click “Forgot Password” and follow the steps.
Please have in mind that a trader can only open one Gemforex account. A trader can create a number of trading accounts and access to our products and services.
Once you have completed the registration and uploaded all the documents, it will take up to 15 minutes (during our working hours) to 1 working day to verify your account.
Before closing your current account, please make sure that all your open positions have been closed and all your funds have been withdrawn.

If you would like to customize your subscriptions/ notifications, please log in to your client portal and access your Profile page. Please click ‘Change’ on the right side of the notifications preference and select your subscription.
If you would like to change the name you have registered, please send us an email to [email protected]. In the email, please provide the name to be changed, explain the reason for changing the name, and attach a copy of your identity document for verification purposes. Our team will verify and contact you regarding the status of your request.
If you would like to change your email address or phone number, please log in to your client portal and access to your Profile page. Please click ‘Change’ on the right side of the email address or phone number and follow the steps.
If you would like to change or amend your registered residential address, please feel free to send an email to [email protected] with an attachment of your proof of residence. Our relevant team will assist you accordingly as soon as possible.
If you would like to enable two-factor authentication (2FA), please make sure that your phone number is active and verified. Please feel free to follow the simple steps below:
For our customers’ best interest and protection, we suggest our customers to always keep the 2FA active.
Step 1. Register and create your account To create your account, simply visit gemforexglobal.com and click on OPEN LIVE from the top menu. You will be asked to enter your country of residence, full name, email address, and password. Once completed, log in to your account with your email address and selected password. From there, you can upload your documents, manage your account, download our platforms and fund your account.
Step 2. Complete KYC verification As a regulated company, we must abide by a number of compliance-related rules and regulations set by FSA, our primary regulating body. A valid ID card and a recent (within six months) utility bill or bank account statement that verifies your address are required as part of these procedures for KYC (Know Your Client) compliance.
・For Proof of Identity (POI) Document provided must have your full name. The full name must match the name of the account holder and the POI document exactly. The document provided must have a clear photo of you. The document provided must state your date of birth. (Age must be above 18) The document should be valid (at least one month of validity) and not expired. The document should be issued by the government. All four edges of the document should be clear and visible.
・Utility bill as a Proof of Residence (POR) Accepted documents – Electricity, gas, water, phone, Internet and/or cable TV connection, bank account statement Name displayed on the document must match the full name of the account holder and identity document. All four edges of a document should be clear and visible. The document should have been issued within the past 3 months. The document must contain your full name and full address. The document must mention the issue date of the uploaded document. All pages of the document must be uploaded.
Step 3. Fund your account You can now make your first deposit to your trading account to begin trading. The Deposit tab on the Client Area page will provide every payment option accessible for you to make your deposit. Before choosing a payment method that is best for you, we strongly advise learning more about making your first deposit.
